ACRES Brings Record Attendance And Sales Transactions

The 5th edition of the Real Estate Exhibition Acres 2018, wrapped up at Sharjah’s EXPO Centre. Investors and industry professionals gathered to explore the latest and most promising investment opportunities in Sharjah, and learn about the sector’s growth potential, emerging trends, and government initiatives.

The exhibition was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and inaugurated by Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

Acres 2018, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Directorate, is the largest real estate event in Sharjah and one of the most prominent events in the real estate industry. The event had more than 5,000 people in attendance and more than 45 local and international companies participated.

HE Khalid bin Butti Al Hajri, Director General of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, thanked the Sharjah Expo Center for their efforts and continued support. He also thanked the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Directorate, who contributed to the success of Acres 2018.

In addition, he concluded that the increase in investment volume confirms the confidence the Sharjah real estate sector enjoys, which is key to achieving economic stability and contributes to national prosperity.

Mr. Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), said that Acres 2018, has proven its ability to provide innovative real estate investments in the emirate, and has contributed significantly in attracting new investors and offer a competitive platform for real estate development, as well as highlighting the emirate’s potential.
