Western Motors & Eastern Motors Extend Warranty & Maintenance Contracts

Western Motors, the authorized distributor of Jeep, Fiat and Mopar in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and sister company Eastern Motors – the representative in Al Ain, is offering an extension to all customers whose warranties expired during the COVID-19 UAE sterilization period in April.

Jeep customers with Mopar® contracts – the exclusive service, parts and customer care provider for Jeep and Fiat – can contact Western Motors and Eastern Motors to book an appointment to service their vehicles and the standard terms of their expired contract will be honored. Under the terms of the extension, every Mopar® customer with a contractual warranty, a maintenance or extended warranty plan which expired in April, are eligible.

Mr. Monzer Al Rifai – General Manager of Western Motors, commented: “Most of our customers are confined to their homes through no fault of their own, and we want to ensure that they follow the safety rules of the UAE for their protection. In addition to extending service and warranty contracts, Eastern Motors has also enabled online payment to help our customers adhere to stay-at-home regulations enforced on our community.”
